That consideration of the resolution regarding ALR Exclusion
Application 1/84 be deferred until speakers from the audience are
heard.

Alderman Keryluk & Stewart voted
in favour of the resolution.

Prior to the question being called on the immediately preceding
resolution Alderman Farnworth proposed that the resolution be amended
by inserting the words "two weeks" between the words "deferred! and
"untii".. Mayor Traboulay ruled that such an amendment would be out of
order as a simitar Proposal had been considered and defeated earlier in
the meeting. Mayor Traboulay's ruling was not challenged,

The question was then calied on the main motion.

who then made a presentation to Council regarding the Proposed five
year component program for regional parks.
