all of District Lot 463, Group One, New Westminster District prepared
by Walter E, Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated October 28th, 1983 and wherein
Lot 36 is created and a portion of Parcel! "A", (Reference Plan 64295)
is left as a remainder be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary documents for the Purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
