Rezoning Application 3/84

RECOMMENDATION: ‘That City Council direct +he City Clerk's Office
: to prepare a zoning bylaw rezoning Lot 9. and
remnants of 10, 11, & 12 ef Block |, Plan 2416,
Section. 17, Block 6 north east range |. NWD, from
A-'| Agriculture to CS=-2 Service Station.

COMMENTS:

_ te ‘Location of the subject lots are Immediately east of Pitt
Stop Service Station which is at the intersection of Trenton and
Lougheed Highway at the east entrance of Port Coquitiam. The
lots in question are te be consotidated into a Single parce! and
are being solid to the service station for extension of its
property. .

2- .This application Is to gain extra use for the service -station
property in keeping with its location at the intersection of two
major highways, Lougheed Highway and Mary Hi!I Bypass.

3. In conclusion, a recommendation of approval for this
application is being proposed, as the proposal fits in with
planning guidelines for this vicinity. . ,
