Fad a BYLAW NO. 1987 F 0 U N C | [ A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" AUG 8 1983 The Municipal Counci t of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to the area shown on, a plan of proposed subdivision of a portion of Lots } and 2, Plan 1163; Lets 3-and 4, Plan 8034; and a portion of Lot "A", Block 55, Pian 5854; and Lot "G", Plan 7105; District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by ¥.C. Goudal & Associates Ltd. and shown on Drawing No. C=3507-83C dated June 14th, 1983 (revised July 4th, 1933) is removed and the following Zone Designations are applied: (a) RS=1 to Lots 1-16, inclusive; and Lots 18-89, inclusive, and Lot 91, as shown on the plan of Proposed subdivision aforesaid; and, (b) RS=1A to Lot 17, Lot 90 and Lots 92-101, inclusive. The Zoning Map of the "City of Pert Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" fs hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy. of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to in Section 1 is attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. This Bylaw may be cited for al! purpeses as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Byiaw, 1983, No. 1987", Read a first time by the Municipal Council! this Eleventh day of July, 1983.
