The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of +#he City of

Port Coquitlam in Open meeting assembled; enacts as follows:
1. Those certain Parcels of land situated in Port

Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly

described as:

Lots 1 and 2

Block 1]

District Lot 466

Group One

Plan 2423

New Westminster. District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 to RT~1 and the Zoning Map of
the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bytaw,. 1979, No. 1651" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw; 1979; No. 1651, Amendmen? Bylaw,
1982, No. 1958",

“Bylaw No. 1963; to rezone:

Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan
2423, New Westminster District, from RS=-1 to RT-1.

This property is located at 3172/74 Oxford Street and the
rezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non-conforming
duplex Into compliance with zoning regulations.
