The Mortgagee may by notice in writing to the Mortgagor consolidate this
mortgage with any other mortgage or mortgages held by the Mortgagee and
-the said power of consolidation may be exercised whether or not this
mortgage and the said mortgages are in-default or have come due at the
time of such exercise and notwithstanding the provisions of Section 27-
of the Property Law Act R.S.B.C. 1979, Chapter 340.and amendments thereto.
