The Port Conuitlam Minor Hockey Assdciati6n would like
to tke this opportunity to thank Gity Council and
Recreation Dept. for allowing us to hold the 4th Annual
Bantem Tournament this spring. The tournament was a ;
great success and at this time would like to aoply to
hold the 5th #nnual Tournament: next year. .

year with the dates during the spring break which is .
Slightly later than usuel,. These dates are April 13 to
18, 1981. We would rune the tournament in both rinks
from Tues. April 14 with the final ganes Sat Avril 18,
1981. “We would need the facilities-at -the rink, -roons
only, on Avril 13 for Setting up tournament hendaquzters.

Requested facilities for the tournament would include ~
. Le Both rinks and all dressing rooms
Mabpett Room end kitchen
Young Room .
Storage room under stairs to Mabbett Room (Referees)
Referee Room .
First Aid Room
Ticket Office
Skate Shop
