The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, May 12th, 1980 ac

7330 p.m. to consider the following Proposed by-law to amend the "City

of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1752: to remove the Zone Designation of RS~i

assigned to Lot 145, District Lot 380, Group One,

Plan 42675, New Westminster District, and to assign

the Zone Designation of RT-1.

This property is located at 3382 Hastings Street and is being

rezoned in order to permit the construction of a duplex thereon,

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P.M., On working days, May lst to
May 12th, 1980. |

| All persons who deem their interest in property affected by

‘the proposed by~law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
