the terms of the prospectiis dated the 11th day of April, 1979 and
Filed with the Superintendent of Insurance of the Province of
British Columbia, SULJECT;: .

to payment of the full purchase price of the lots within
thirty days of the date of passage of this resolution, and,

to Building plans for the lots being subject: to design
approval by the City's Senior Building Inspector to insure that a
variety of housing styles are constructed on-the property included
in the scheme;

AND TUAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary conveyance or other necessary documents on behal£ of the
