That as stated in the City Administrator's memorandun under date of
July 26th, 1979 and in the letter from Cassady, Insley, Cassady & Lauener
under date of July 24th, 1979 the City of Port Coquitlam assume responsibility oy

for the pedestrian bridge across the Coquitlam River.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger stated
safety shields should be looked into for use over the lights to prevent

breakage. Discussion then ensued.
