that the Port Coquitlam Figure Skating Club be given permission to hold Dec. 14/78 re
Pt.Coq. Figure

their Carnival on February 16th and 17th, 1979; and that their hours be Skating Club
Carnival

Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, from noon to 10:50

Pm. at the regular rental charges for these hours.

That as recommended by the Leisure Activities Committee, December
14th, 1978 the Port Coquitlam Figure Skating Club be given permission to
hold their Carnival on Friday, February 16th, 1979 from 4:00 p-m. to
10:00 p.m. and on Saturday, February 17th, 1979 from noon to 10:00 p-m.3

AND THAT they pay the regular rental fee for the time used.

that the City's Recreation Director, Ms. Janna Taylor, be assigned to a Dec. aie i

Task Force comprised of the City of Port Moody, the District of Coquitlam Task Force
and the City of Port Coquitlam to explore the possibility of jointly
sponsoring the B.C. Summer/Winter Games at a future date and that the

City of Port Moody and the District of Coquitlam be informed of the

Council's resolution.

upgradin :
standard acceptable by the Fire Marshall and that the City spend up to a Dalkey Bldg.
maximum of $9,000.00 to complete the improvements.
