Parks and Recreation Committee

ITEM I: SEWAGE LAGOON
Description - Northerly portion of Let C, Flan 19371

Size of parcel - 24.65 acres.

Comments:
The Parks and Recreation Committee has discussed the above parcel of land

for the purpose of a field complex. Attached please find pertinent material
‘reflecting our future needs. It should be noted that the map of the lagoon

showing locations of fields ia only a suggested layout.

Recommendation: .
The Parks and Recreation Committee recommends that the above parcel of

land be set aside for a future field complex.

ITEM II: ICE SCHEDULE
. The Parks and Recreation Committee has met with the various organizations

who will be utilizing our present ice sheet as well as the new ice sheet.

Please find attached the ice requirements for the respective organizations.
The attached schedule has been pianned closely with the aid of the rinkman in
order to ensure that enough time is allocated for ice cleans. With the proposed
schedule, the Recreation Department will be able to offer an attractive schedule.
of programs and public skating.

Recommendation:
The Parks and Recreation Committee recommends that the proposed schedule

be adopted.
