The City Clerk submitted with his menotandum a report from the Union of British Columbia } Municipalities dated March 8th, 1974, on the results of the. two neetings, wherein it was recommen- e* by the U.B.C.M. that those municipalities which may have deferred payment of the 1974 C.F.M.M. dues reconsider their position in view of the changes which have been initiated.
