Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Keryluk pointed
out that according to his calculations, local community groups would be pay~
. “dag an increase of 20%, commercial groups 12% and non-profit organizations .
375% , and inquired if this could be clarified. Alderman Laking advised that
the increases were not calculated on a percentage basis, and commented that

“they were necessitated by increased costs for labour and materials.
