One of the biggest con-
struction projects to be
completed this year in
Terrace was the B.C. Hydro
regional headquarters at
Keith and Braun.

The foundations of the
40,000 square foot structure
were laid in 1976 and the staff

On July 1, 1976 Hydro
moved its regional
headquarters from Prince
Rupert to Terrace. In the
process, about 16 people
were transferred to Terrace.
