Additionally, our existing agreement calls for us to pay the School Beard 1/2 the appraised
value of the pool facility, at the end of the joint use agreement, in twelve years.

In return, the School Board’s annual contribution is reduced from just over $200,000 in
1993 to $50,000 in 1994.

The proposed agreement clears the way for the Hyde Creek renovation.
