BYLAW NO, 2550
A, Bylaw to Amend the Council Procedure Bylaw

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows: .

This Bylaw may be cited for all urposes a8 the "Council Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No. 988,
Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2856".

That Section 201 of the "Council Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No 899" be repealed and the
following is substituted therefor>:

"901, That Council shall he regular meetings on Monday each week at 7:30 pam.
excepting public or civic holidays, at the Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580
Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. or at any other hour and place as the

Councl may specify by resolution",
Section 203 of the Bylaw is repealed and the following is substituted therefore:

"203, Special meetings may be called at any time by the Mayor and that two or more
members of the Council may, in writing, request the Mayor to call a special
meeting”.

Section 213 of the Bylaw is repealed and the following is substituted therefore:

"213, After the members have been called to order the businese before the meeting may be
dealt with in the order specified in the Agenda whi: shall be:

Zoning Public Hearings
Confirmation of Minutes
Proclamations
Delegations/Question Period
Council Agenda Items Raised From In-Committee
Unfinished Business
Development Variance Permit Hearings
Bylaws
Resolutions
Correspondence
Reports
