RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his mernorandum of September 28th, 1993
the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 2465 Glenwood Drive.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of September 8th, 1993 the owners
and residents of property surrounding the subject properties have been advised that Council are
considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit on January 10th, 1994.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and
a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
