1. Suffolk Avenue - road construction for full frontage of site (1 1/2 road +
1.0 m), future width 10.5 m. c/c. Barrier type curb and gutter, concrete
sidewalk and ornamental street lighting are required.

Lougheed Highway will be subject to any M.0.T.H. requirements.

Development Cost Charges are applicable and will be charged at building
permit application. ADCC Trust Agreement will be required.

Service connections for sanitary, water and storm will be charged at
building permit application.

5. Underground Hydro and Telephone services are required.

1. The City's Bylaw requires this building to have fire sprinklers.
2. The second floor office area requires an approved exit.

3. A Building Code review will be done at the time of a building permit
application.

Parks and Recreation:

Existing cedars on Suffolk Boulevard are to remain.

Fire Department:

Ensure adequate water supply is present, before construction is started.
