Warranty
Scepter's Garden Gourmet Backyard Composter is guaranteed for a

period of five years (60 months) from the date of shipment to the
original purchaser. If any such product is found to be defective by
reason of faulty workmanship of materials, upon written notice and
return of product, the defective product will be replaced by Scepter
free of charge, including shipping charges for the replacement
product. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the
defective product and in no event shall Scepter be liable for

any consequential damage claimed as a result of any breach of the
forecoing warranty. Scepter Mfg. Co. Ltd. shall not be bound by

any other warranties, expressed or implied, other than above set forth
unless such warranty shall be in writing.

Note: Warranty can be transferred from the District to the Homeowner.
