A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fcllows: Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particulariy described as: a) Lot C b) LotA District Lot 232 District Lot 232 Group One Group One Plan 22337 Plan LMP 7231 All in New Westminister District are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2779". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of April, 1993.
