h 22 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, March 22nd, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Ravh, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, and Director of Planning C. Felip. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2 To rezone: Lots K and L District Lot 289 Group One Plan 16741 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 2259 and 2265 Welcher Avenue and would permit the development of a 25 unit apartment building. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment. Bylaw No. 2767 To rezone: . All that part of Lot 2 District Lot 232 Group One Plan 6269, Lying south of Statutory ROW Plan 68391 New Westminster District from CS-1 (Highway Commercial) to RM-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 1884 Argue and would allow the development of a townhouse site. And to incorporate new standards in Development Permit Area XVI; particularly by adding Subsection "2.16" to establish the area extent and regulations for Development Permit Area "XVI".
