Fremont Subdivision, Riverwood Area.

That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the
Flood Plain Covenant for the Fremont Subdivision in the form appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council Meeting.

From the City Engineer, July 23rd, 1992 regarding Revised Development Cost
Charge Bylaws for Drainage, Water, Sewage, and Highways.

That Council direct staff to prepare revised Development Cost Charge
Bylaws for water, highways, drainage, and sewage facilities as shown on the
draft DCC Bylaws in the form appearing in the Ag:.nda documents of this Council
Meeting.

From the City Engineer, July 23rd, 1992 regarding a Request for Road
Improvements - Coast Meridian Road and Birchland Avenue.

That Council approve the paving of the shoulder and the wideuing of the.
pavement on the west side of Coast Meridian Road from 2919 to 2935 Coast
Meridian Road at an estimated cost of $2,450.
