Reaolutions:

WHEREAS the lande hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposea uot are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

l. Lot "A", Block 25, District Lotsa 170 and 289, Group One, Plan xxxx,
New Weetminster District, Port Coquitlam, BC be sold by tender if bids
acceptable to Council are received;

The Clty Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
ducuments of this Council Meeting;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid cr to reject all of the
