Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Pianning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; A Public Information Meeting be held by the developer prior to introduction of the authorizing Rezoning Bylaw; and a. Approval and issuance of a Development Permit. BACKGROUND: . The subject property is cucsrently zoned RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment). In March, 1991, Council gave app: val to the present zone for construction of a two-storey townhouse complex :ver an underground parking structure. The current application is for rezoning to RM-4 (Apartment) to permit construction of 39 two-storey apartment units and a covered parking structure. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project is Phase Il of the Hidden Hills development. ‘Phase I, which was constructed in 1991, is a three-storey, commercial and residential mixed-use building fronting on Westwood Street. The proposed building consists of 19 two-storey units fronting onto Fox Street. An at-grade parking structure is located immediately east of these units. The remaining 20 two-storey units are situated above the parking structure. As the units above the parking structure do not have ground Level access, a central, open-air courtyard is located at the second level to provide entryways for these units. ITEM
