From the City Engineer, June 3rd, 1992 regarding an Award of Tender
Traffic Light and Intersection Upgrading - McALlister/Shaughnessy Intersection
and Wilson/Shaughnessy Intersection.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Aiderman Gates:

That Council award the contract for the installation of traffic lights at
McALlister/Shaughnessy and Wilson/Shaughnessy to Trans Western Electric based
on a tendered cost of $200,891.43 (including GST).

And that Council allocate $200,891.43 from the Roads Development Cost
Charge Fund for this purpose.

From the City Engineer, June 10th, 1992 regarding Flood Plain Covenant -
Meridian Industrial Park, Phase II.

Plan 80790 and Parcel 1 (Ref. Plan 6040) except; Parcel 'E' (Explanatory Plan
8564), Sections 18 & 19, Block 6N, RLE, NWD.

Right-of-way Agreement - Meridian Industrial Park, Phase II.
