1.01 The Purchaser offers to purchase from the Vendor that portion of the lands
(the "Lands") bearing the following legal description:

which portion is shown outlined in red in the sketch plan attached as Schedule "A" hereto
containing an area of approximately 4200 square metres (0.42 hectares) (and hereinafter

free and clear of all financial charges for the price (the "Purchase Price") of One
Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($185,600.00) to be paid as set out in

Section 2.01.
