THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM 2580 SHAUGHNESSY STREET TELEPHONE: 941-5411 PORT COQUITLAM, B.C. FAX: 464-3524 V3C 248 OUR FILE 900-133 July 12, 1990 MR. & MRS. F. D'AUTEUIL 2591 Pitt River Road Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3c isl Dear Mr. & Mrs. D'Auteutls RE: Right of Way for Dyke Construction Further to my letter of June 5, 1990 and our subsequent meeting of June 20, 1990, with Mr. Gunadasa of Associated Engineering, I have now received confirmation from the Ministry of Environment that they are prepared to accept the additional conditions you have submitted to us at our meeting. The following will summarize these conditions along with those previously agreed to and noted in my letter of June 5, 1990. Please regard this letter as a replacement for the above noted letter. . . 1) A fence will be constructed adjacent to your southern property line from the road westward to tie into the proposed retaining wall. The existing trees will remain on your side of the fence. If for any reason these trees have to be moved, they will be repieced at seven foot intervals along the fence. The wail will be a concrete wall, not precast Lock blocks. Fencing will be page wire fencing. A gate will be installed between the abovementioned fence and the retaining wall at Pitt River Road to discourage pedestrians from walking along side your property. A second gate will be installed across the slough crossing at the back of the property to prevent vehicle access through your property. They will endeavour to save the trees in the hedge at the front of your property located at the property pin closest to your driveway as requested. Drainage works will be provided adjacent to the ditch being filled in, to ensure that your property continues to drain properly. They are prepared to pave your driveways as shown on the attached drawing dated June 22, 1990. In addition, they would install a 4 inch sewer pipe continuous under both driveways provided you direct them where you want it placed, and at what elevation. STEM 7 PAGE | cont'd /2... BT “ti
