At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Meridian Industrial
Park Ltd. dated the 3rd day of January, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works
and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be
installed by the said Meridian Industrial Park Ltd. in connection with the

development of the lands described as:

Rem. 1, D.L. 231, Group One, NWD, Plan 74069
are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole penefit of those lands and

that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute "excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the

City and tu affix the Corporate seal thereto.
