You should now comply with the requirements of Article 51

of the Supplementary General Conditions regarding insurance, Article 32
of the General Conditions regarding bonds, and Article 38 of the General
Conditions regarding a construction schedule. The required documehtation
should be forwarded to Associated Engineering (B.C.} Ltd. as soon as
possible, after which contract documents will be provided to you for

execution.

Note that the signature and seal of your firm are required on the bonds
as well as those of your bonding company. a

This is not the Notice to Proceed with the work. The Notice to Proceed
will be issued following execution of the contract documents.
