RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Committee Recommend to
City Counci! prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot
12, Blk. C, OL 464, Plan 12613 from RM-2 to

RT-1.

COMMENTS:

This application is to rezone an existing duplex to bring it in
to conformity with the Zoning bylaw. The duplex was
constructed In 1960 and conforms with RT-1 zoning designation.
Approval of this application is recommended.
