Edwin Feragen and El leen Feragen, 2848 Mariner Way, Coquittam, B.C.
at or for the price or sum of $32,050.00;

2. The adjustment date be June 30, 1986, or earlier;
3. The possession date be June 30, 1636, or earlier;

4. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal

of ‘the City thereto.

That Alderman G.R. Laking be authorized to attend the Mayor and
Elected Municipal Officials Course at the Federal Study Centre for
Emergency Measures in Arnprior, Ontario to be held on June 2 = 5th, 1986
and that his expenses be pald.

From the City Engineer, May 22nd, 1986 regarding traffic signals for
the intersection of Kingsway Avenue and the Mary HII! Bypass.

Moved by Alderman Gates:

Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the City agrees to pay 37 1/2% of the cost of traffic signal
construction at the Intersection of Kingsway Avenue and the Mary Hi!
Bypass with the cost of approximately $11,250.00 to be provided in the
1987 budget and that the Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement cards
with the Department of Highways for sharing of construction and
maintenance costs.

ralling through the underpass.

That the handralling along the sidewalk at the north end of the

costs to be borne by the Public Works Unallocated Fund.
