SUBJECT: Twin Cedars Development Permit

RECOMMENDATION: WHEREAS the Permittee wishes to commence
development on the Lands herein defined;

AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for
a Development Permit In regard to the Lands;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S$.B.C. 1979, Ce
290 provides that in a Development Permit Certain
matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner

specified there;

NOW THEREFORE The Council of the City of hereby
issues a Development Permit in respect of ALL AND
SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate In
Port Coquitiam, British Columbia, which Is more
particularly described as: , .

District Lot 480, Group I!, New Westminster
District, Strata Plan 1184. —

BACKGROUND:

On June 27, 1983 the request of Twin Cedars Strata Council !. was
submitted to City Counci! for discussion. The results of that report
and discussion was that Council felt that permission could be granted,

subject to the following conditions:

-~‘that the Strata Council retain an architect to prepare drawings of

the alternative schemes.
