The District of Coquitlam have appointed a Special Committee to make recommendations to | Council on the manner in which such a Bureau should be established and be made operational. i I have been authorized by the Chairman of our Committee to enquire of your Municipality if you would be willing to meet with them to discuss the possibility of a joint Bureau serving the District of Coquitlam, the City of Port Coquitlam and the City of Port Moody.
