That the Agreement between this City and William C. Noort and
Gladys |. Noort, 1240 Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. retating to
"Renovations to Coquitlam Fiorist Drawing prepared by M.R. Designs &
Drafting" for a sign that encroachz2s onto Shaughnessy Street: from Lot
8, District Lot 379, Group One, Fian 11370, New Westminster District,
being 2641/2645 Shaughnessy Street, being in the form of Agreement
provided by the "Highway Encroachment Bylaw, 1983, No. 1997" be and the
same is hereby approved; i

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to.
execute the said Agreement on behalf of the City and to affix the
Corporate Sea! of the City thereto.
