DRAFT RESOLUTION

THAT the Subdivision Plan of Portions of District Lots 231
and 232, Group One, and Section 19, Block 6 North, Range 1
East, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter &. Frith,
B.C.L.S., and dated February i7th, 1984 wherein Lots 28,29, and
30, are created be and the same is hereby approved;

THAT the transfer to Canadian Forest Products Limited fram
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam of approximately
0.5030 hectares of property in return for 0.5002 hectares of
property being transferred to the ownership of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquittam from Canadian Forest Products
Limited and included within the Subdivision Plan aforesaid be
similarly approved;

SUBJECT to the ownership of Lots 29 and 30 vesting in
Canadian Forest Products Limited and the ownership of Lot 28
vesting in the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam;

THAT the agreement between The Corporation of ths City of
Port Coquitlam and Canadian Forest Products Limited wherein the
City agrees to grant an easement to Canadian Forest Products
Limited at some time in the future over the Lot 28 created by
the Subdivision Plan aforesaid be approved;

AND THAT His Worship and City Clerk be authorized: to
execute the necessary documents for the purposes aforesaid and
to affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.

NOTE:

1. Agreement follows.
2. Subdiviston Plan will be on
display.
