ll. In the case of any dispute arising between Parties as to thetr
respective rights and obligations under this Agreement, a Party shall be
entitled to give to another Party notice of such dispute and to request

arbitration thereof; and the Parties may, with respect to the particular
matters then in dispute, agree to submit the same to arbitration in
accordance with the Arbitration Act, R.S.B-C., 1979,
