Dear Sir:' - " Ré: "City of Port Coquitlam Curfew By-law,
. ' 3975, No. 1382"

. In accord with instructions issued by the Municipal Council of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in May, 1975 we reminded the
Council, at its regular meeting of November l7th, 1975 that on December lst,
/1975 the above-noted By~law would have been in effect for six months and a
decision should be taken as to whether the By-law should be repealed or left

. After giving gome consideration to this subject the following
resolution was passed: a ; . ;

-"That further consideration as to whether or not the "City of Port
Coquitlam curfew By-law, 1975, No. 1382" should continue to be in force be
tabled until the end. of November, 1975, pending receipt of a report thereon
from Inspector M.A. Young, i/c Coquitlam R.C.M.P. Detachment."
