A Bylaw to Amend the Tree Preservation, Removal and Replacement Bylaw WHEREAS the City adopted Tree Preservation, Removal and Replacement Bylaw 1993, No. 2836 to preserve trees, regulate the cutting and removal of trees and charge a fee for a permit to allow the cutting and removal of trees and require the replacement of trees cut down; AND WHEREAS Council now deems it advisable to amend the said bylaw; . NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: CITATION 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as. "Tree. Tree Preservation, Removal and Replacement Bylaw, 1993, No. 2836 is hereby amended by: (a) adding the following as a new paragraph in Section 10, and making the necessary. incidental changes to the punctuation in that Section: . n{£). cutting of trees by the City, through its officers, employees, agents or contractors, for the purpose of road construction.
