Mr. Thomas Miller, 1543 Fraser is opposed to the rezoning as he would prefer the area to remain
in its current zone.

Mr. Hans Krump, 1518 Grant Avenue expressed concer regarding parking.

Ms. Marika Routley, 3157 Vincent Street was not opposed to the development; however,
expressed concern regarding speeding in the area. Suggested temporary "No Parking" and
construction zone speeds, RCMP support to prevent workers parking in driveways etc.

Ms. Wendy Walsh, 3153 Vincent Street spoke regarding various problems created by
construction workers as well as traffic problems.

The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:45 pm
