A By!aw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 403 of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by
numbering the present clause as clause (a).

Section 403 of the Bylaw is further amended by adding the following Clause (b) after
Clause(a): ;

"(b) The Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer, the Chief Building Inspector and their
deputies may give notice to the owner of property that any unauthorized use of that
property shall be terminated within 21 days from receipt of the notice, and may also
direct that any unauthorized building or improvements be removed or corrected
within the same time period”.

Section 509 of the the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, is amended by numbering the
present Clause as Clause (a).

Section 509 of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, is further amended by adding the
following Clause (b) after Clause (a):

"(b) When a residential building has been divided into strata lots, each strata lot in the
building shall be used for only one dwelling unit.”

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2794".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of May, 1993.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of May, 1993.
Public Hearing held this 7th day of June, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this3ff day of Sone 1993.

Received the approval of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Recreation and Culture this Ath day
of August 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam this th day of . 1993.
