SUBJECT: MICROFILM READER/PRINTER REPLACEMENT

The existing Microfilm reader/printer in the Drafting office
has in past years had numerious costly breakdowns. The
special silver paper is now costing us over $200 per roll
and the prints from this tyoe of paper fade quite quickly.
We budjeted for replacement of this unit for one that prints
on bond paper and that will be maintenance free for several
years.

Would you please process the purchase requisition for the
new machine.
