Deputy City Engineer EMERGENCY ACCESS GATE - ARGUE AND MARY HILL ROAD (Public Works Comunitiee Mecting - September 30, 1992) That Council approve the installation of a fabricated steel swing gate on Argue Street adjacent to Mary Hill Road, south of the bypass to allow emergency vehicle access. That $1400 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve Fund for this purpose. A request was received from the Fire Department to modify the two existing concrete barricades on Argue Street to allow emergency access. In order to allow for emergency vehicle access it was recommended that gates be installed. Attached is a memo from the Traffic Technician regarding this mattcr.
