The Developer of the Gatensbury Estates Subdivision, as part of the conditions of subdivision, is
to register the five attached Statutory Rights-of-Way Agreements. Agreement | is for a Storm
Sewer Right-of-Way and Agreement 2 is for a Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way. Agreements
described in Item #3 is for a temporary drainage ditch over private properties. The ditch will be
connected to the existing ditch on Dominion Street.
