That the City agree to renew the lease with the Kinsmen and that the Mayor
and Clerk sign the renewal lease.

regarding R.C.M.P. Contract.

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the new. R.C.M.P.
agreement.

That a letter be sent to U.B.C.M. regarding Council's continued concerns
regarding cost sharing revenue of municipal fines.

From the City Engineer, April 9th, 1992 regarding a request for Sidewalk
Improvements for Shaughnessy Street from Marshall to Pitt River Road.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

‘That Council approve the reconstruction of the east side of Shaughnessy
between Marshall and Pitt River Road including: shoulder widening and ditch
enclosures at a cost of $15,640.

“That | $15, 640 ‘be allocated from the Special Public. Works Capital Reserve
_ Fund for this: purpose.
