THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2410 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended as follows: (1) In Section 301, by addition of the following provision after "CD Comprehensive Development”: "WD Waterfront Comprehensive Development" In Section 601, by addition of the following provision after “Institutional”: “Waterfront Comprehensive Development” WD 500 m2 20 m 15 m 30”. (3) By addition of the following as Section 304: "304. The plans prepared by Ron Hoffart, Architect, consisting of six sheets: Pl entitled “Proposed 18 unit condominium building” and "main floor plan” dated September 14, 1988 P2 entitled “Proposed 18 unit condominium building" and "2nd floor plan" dated October 14, 1988 P3 entitled "Proposed 18 unit condominium building" and "3rd floor plan" dated October 12, 1988 P4 entitled "Proposed 18 unit condominium building” and “elevations” dated October 14, 1988 P5 entitled "Proposed 18 unit condominium building” and “elevations” dated October 14, 1988 P6 entitled "Gillnetter Condos" dated January 27, 1989 attached as Schedule "A" to Bylaw No. 2410 shall be deemed to be added to and form part of this Bylaw and shall be referred to as “WD plans”. (4) By addition of the following as Section 1202: "1202. WATERFRONT COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (WD) (1) INTENT: The intent of this zoning district is to regulate applications for development along the Fraser River waterfront East of Pitt River Road along Argue Street.
