Traboulay, Aldermen } Farnworth, H.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, - Stewart and M.R. Wrisht in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. ‘irk, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Engineer T.M. Chong, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk S. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor Lu. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2413 1. Lot 18 Block 20 Southwest Quarter Section 7 Township 40 Plan 2797 New Westminster District RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential). Lot 19 Block 20 Southwest Quarter Section 7 Township 40 Plan 2797 New Westminster District from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential). This property is located at 1451 and 1477 Lincoln Avenue and would permit the consolidation of the two existing lots into one lot and the construction of a two family dwelling on the single lot. A letter was received from ‘Mr. and Mrs. CG. Daines, 3747 Bracewell Court, i Port Coquitlan, Opposing the proposed rezon ng. ‘Ir. G. Zentner, 2384 Colonial Drive who owns property next to 1471 Lincoln Avenuc expressed his opposition to duplexes in the area, Bylaw No. 2409 1. Section 4.4.1 (1) of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amendec by inserting, after clause (h) the following as clause (4); "Cj) Lands east of Pitt River Road along Argue Street"
