And That ali properties designated Phase 2 residential, except +he City owned land at the south end of Shaughnessy Street be redesignated Phase | Residential. COMMENTS: The purpose for this report is to update the land use designations in the Ofttcial Community Plan, taking into account development activity over the past few years. Changes being proposed are To redesignate all Phase { Residential development areas To existing development. This change is proposed as all of the areas are now partially developed, ie. South Pitt River Road, Victoria Drive and Citadel Heights. Supplementing the redesignation of Phase | areas to Existing is changing most of The Phase 2 areas to Phase 1. The Phase 2 areas to be designated include, the City reserve, the west half of Cliade!
