A Bylaw to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port JUL 2 { 1986
Coquittam to dispose of portions of Road shown dedicated
on Plans 58184 and 69280, District Lot 380, Group One, New
Westminster District In exchange for a portion of Lot 3,
District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 69280, New Westminster
District, to be established as Road.

WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam ts desirous of cancel 1 Ing
portions of Road shown dedicated on Plans 58184 and 69280, District Lot 386, Group
Gne, New Westminster District In the City of Port Coquitiam In the Province of British

Columbia;

AND_WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 4 of this By law has
agreed to convey the said tand to the City so that !t may be established as an
addition to the Roads in District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District;

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act! beIng Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, provides that the Counc!! may by Bylaw dispose of any portion of a
highway In exchange for such tands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving,
widening, stralghtening, relocating or diverting the highway;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam Is hereby authorized to convey to the
registered owner of Lot 1, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 69280, New Westminster
District, ail that portion of Road in District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster
District shown dedicated on Registered Pian 69280 Included within Parcel "Br on a
Reference Plan certified by Helge Jacobsen, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated
the 16th day of April, 1986, a copy of which Is attached hereto, at or for the price

or sum of $1.00.

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to the
registered owner of Lot 4, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 69755, New Westminster
District, all that portion of Road tn District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster
District shown dedicated on Registered Plans 58184 and.59280 included within Parcel
"C™ on a Reference Plan certified by Helge Jacobsen, British Columbia Land Surveyor,
and dated the 16th day of April, 1986, a copy of which Is attached hereto, at or for

the price or sum of $1.00.

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Is hereby authorized to convey to the
registered owner of Lot 3, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 69755, New Westminster
District, all that portion of Road In District Lot 389, Group One, New Westminster
District shown dedicated on Registered Plans 58184 and 69280 Included within Parcel
"D" on a Reference Plan certified by Helge Jacobsen, British Columbta Land Surveyor,
and dated the 16th day of April, 1986, a copy of which Is attached hereto, at or for

the price or sum of $1.00.

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam ts hereby authorized to purchase of and
from the Registered Owner thereof all and singular that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises which may be more particularly described as follows:
