The Municipal Counct! of The Corporation of the City of Por? Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows: te

Those certain parcels of land situeted in Port Cequitiam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

District Lots 232 and 340
Group One

Plan 72143

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Single Famity Residential) to P=! (Civic
Institutional)and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "City ef Port Coquitiam Zoning.
